DPDanny started dancing since he was 12 years old. He graduated with honour as a professional dancer for Chinese folk dance. Since 2007, Danny has been concentrating his efforts on Latin American dances. In 2011, he passed the Chinese national exams for dance teacher Grade II.
From 2009, Danny competed professionally in many CDSF (Chinese Dancesport Federation) open competitions. In 2010, he achieved first and second places in Cha Cha Cha and Rumba for the CDSF Open-Guangxi Region. And again, in 2011, first place in university division for CDSF Open-Guangxi Region.
Danny studied his BA degree in Contemporary Dance in London.
