Inside everyone of us there is a dancer. Only some of us are blessed with the gift of being able to communicate and let out their inner-dancer. These blessed it this way are able to move on dance floors with confidence and grace, while others feel awkard as if they have two left feet. Nonetheless, we all enjoy great music and exciting parties. It is no suprise that programmes and shows with partner dancing taking over TV, film and stage.

Dream of Dance is set up by dancers for dancers. We are here to help bring out the dancer in you. So you will be able to take to the dance floor with confidence and style. Our goal-oriented and well-structured ballroom and latin dance lessons are here to help you achieve your dancing dreams.

Teachers

Joan Lee

Joan dreamed of becoming a dancer since she was in high school. She started her medallist training at the end of 2004, taking exams of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD). Within a few years, Joan achieved Gold Star 2 in Latin and Gold Star 1 in Ballroom. Joan finds dancing is best remedy for washing away her stress from work.

Joan's passion for dancing grew with her training. She decided to further her dancing and moved on to professional teacher training. Joan is trained by Janet Clark who is the Vice-President of Latin Faculty of ISTD, a Fellow and a tremendously experienced International Examiner. As a keen student, Joan's dancing skills thrived under Janet's strict training regime.

In 2011, Joan finished her First Degree in Ballroom and will take her Second Degree in a few months' time. In the same year, Joan became a member of ISTD, membership number: C007519.

Through her own experience, Joan believes goal-oriented and structured training is the key to becoming a better dancer. Joan would love to pass on her dance learning experiences to her fellow dreamers and make their dance learning more effective and fun.
